For over 100 years, we have provided the best natural and synthetic yarns to manufacturers of knitted and woven products. We offer standard yarns made from 100% wool or wool blends, as well as custom fiber blends to create a unique yarn that fits your manufacturing needs precisely.
We convert a wide range of fibers into yarn, including natural ones such as wool, alpaca, angora, buffalo, cashmere, Merino sheep, mohair, and raccoon. Our synthetic fibers range from nylon, acrylic, and polyester to Nomex®, Kevlar®, and Kanecaron® modacrylic. We convert these fibers into yarns via the woolen spun system, which includes blending, carding, spinning, winding, doubling, and twisting steps.
Our technical staff regularly participates in the research and development efforts of our customers to better understand their needs and provide guidance in making material recommendations. Our yarn is sold by the pound, ranging from 3-8 lb. packages. Average orders are 5,000 – 10,000 lbs., but smaller orders may be available upon request. Please note that we are not equipped to accept orders of less than 100 lbs.
