We specialize in converting natural and synthetic fibers into custom yarn, roving, batting, and fabric. Whether classified as natural or synthetic, each fiber has a unique set of properties, with varying levels of durability, softness, elasticity, heat resistance, and color. When two or more fibers are blended and processed together, the combination can provide specific properties desired in the final textile product. Our experts can source, blend, and manufacture a custom textile that looks and performs to your specifications!
Consider the Source
The biggest differentiation between Natural and Synthetic fibers is the source from which they come. Natural fibers are derived from a variety of animals, plants, and insects. In contrast, Synthetic fibers are man-made, often from petroleum sources.

We use Natural Fibers such as:
- Wool
- Merino
- Sheep/Lambs
- Alpaca
- Angora
- Bison
- Cashmere
- Llama
- Mohair
- Camel
- Bamboo
- Silk
- and more!
We use Synthetic Fibers such as:
- Nylon
- Acrylic
- Polyester
- Nomex®
- Kevlar®
- Kanecaron® modacrylic
- and more!
Performance Matters
Most natural fibers are soft, breathable, and often biodegradable. Wool naturally provides thermoregulation, odor resistance, and moisture control. Because wool is a natural fiber, it can shrink if improperly washed and can pill or show wear over time. Synthetic fibers tend to be more durable and hold their shape, but they are less breathable and can trap moisture; in addition, they take much longer to degrade.
Our team has many years of expertise in sourcing and blending the Natural and Synthetic fibers needed to meet your custom textile specifications with precision and care.
